1. Definitions
1. "Work" shall mean the work that the copyright holder has made available under this
license, as indicated by a notice included in or attached to the work.
2. "Jayasoft" shall mean Jayasoft SARL.

1. You are granted the right to copy and distribute the Work, this license must be part of the distribution.

1. A product that uses the Work may not directly or indirectly expose any functionality
of the Work to other components that are not a part of the product, including, but
not limited to, other programs, libraries and plug-ins.

of the Work to anyone.
4. You may not alter, split, merge, modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble

described in section 2.2.

6. In the event that you fail to comply with this license, Jayasoft may terminate the
license and you must destroy all copies of the Work.

as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This license grants you limited use
of the Work. Jayasoft retain all right, title and interest, including all copyright and
intellectual property rights, in and to, the Work and all copies thereof. All rights
not specifically granted in this license, including Federal and International Copyrights,
are reserved by Jayasoft.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
1. The Work is provided to you "as is". Jayasoft provides no warranty for the Work.
Jayasoft is not, under any circumstances, liable for any damage, or any other events,
arising directly or indirectly out of the use of the Work or any software using the Work.
